Kit includes 1 crossbar, T-slot studs, L brackets, and nuts (all necessary mounting hardware).

Crossbars are designed with slots, holes, and a channel, you can attach pretty much anything to them.

Load capacity is the same as the topper you are buying them for: 330 lb dynamic, 800 lb static.
1300mm is the standard length for mid-size Trucks (Except Maverick, which needs 1500mm bars)
1500mm is the standard length for full-size trucks, or can be used on smaller trucks for extra wide loads.
